1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using HOLYS ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
HOLYS is an autonomous AI-powered content scheduling, publishing, and article creation platform designed for LinkedIn. The Service assists users by generating tailored articles, 8K infographics, and automated editorial calendars for executive brand growth.
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid LinkedIn account in good standing to use HOLYS. Authentication is handled via OAuth or email credentials. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & $1 Trial Terms
⚡ Auto-Renewal & Trial Disclosure: Where offered, the $1 trial immediately charges your payment method $1 and grants full platform access for 24 hours (1 day). Unless canceled before the trial expires, your subscription automatically renews into the selected monthly plan (Starter $19/mo, Pro $39/mo, or Agency $89/mo) and recurring monthly billing begins via Stripe.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly cycle through Stripe. You can update billing details, download invoices, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges immediately; you retain full access through the end of your paid billing period.
All fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods except where explicitly required by applicable consumer law.
5. AI-Generated Content & User Responsibility
HOLYS utilizes advanced artificial intelligence models to assist with headline generation, full articles, and visual infographics. While our models are calibrated for professional authority, you remain solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publication.
Nothing is published to your connected LinkedIn profile without your explicit trigger or through the posting schedule you have actively enabled in your settings.
6. Intellectual Property & User Content
You retain 100% ownership of all original content, articles, and media created and published via HOLYS. You grant HOLYS a limited, secure license to process, format, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service (e.g. generating visual cards and executing LinkedIn API requests).
7. Third-Party Integrations
HOLYS integrates with official third-party APIs including LinkedIn, Stripe, and Google Gemini AI. Your use of these integrated features is also subject to the respective terms and acceptable use policies of those third-party providers.
8. Team Accounts & Organizations
Account administrators may invite team members. All team members share the organization's connected accounts and quota. The account owner is responsible for managing member permissions and oversight.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOLYS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. HOLYS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
